Do I need to pay a deposit to book a birthday party?
Yes, a $50 deposit is required when booking a party. The deposit will be deducted from your total party bill.
-Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a different date if your party is rescheduled at least 48 hours before your original party date.

• Do you have gift bags? How can I get them?
-Yes! We have gift bags available to add on to any party! They are just $3 each!
-You can get gift bags from your Party Pro during your party!
• How do I order pizzas? Do I need to order pizzas ahead of time?
- You will order pizzas through your Party Pro the day of the party. Pizzas take 15-20 minutes to prep and cook, so there is no need to order them prior to the day of your party.
- Coordinate with your Party Pro a time you would like to have your pizzas ready to eat, and they'll make sure it happens on time!
• What kind of pizza do you have? How big are they? How much are they? How many guests will they feed?
- We offer JUMBO 16" Cheese, Pepperoni, Hawaiian, and Meat Lover's Pizzas that are cut into 16 slices. ($12.95 for cheese & pepperoni, $14.95 for Hawaiian and meat lover's) if purchased with a party plan (Reg. Price - $15.95/$17.95). They typically feed 6 kids, depending on age and hunger.
• What kind of soda do you have? How many sodas do we get?
-We carry both Pepsi and Coke products!
- Plan B parties get 1 pitcher of soda per every 7 paid guests. (8-14 guests 2 pitchers, 15-21 guests 3 pitchers, ect.)
-Additional pitchers of soda/refills are $2 each.
-Pitchers of water are FREE!
• What if we have more than one birthday child? Will each of them get to do the birthday wheel & prize cube?
- 1 spin on the birthday wheel and 1 trip inside the prize cube is included free with a party plan (Semi-Private Plan Excluded) Add on $10 for each additional birthday child for both activities--or just $5 per activity.
• Can I rent one of Classic's Themed Birthday Party Rooms?
- Yes! Themed Party Rooms are only $49.95 for 3 hours. ($20 each additional hour)
• How many tables will I be able to use? How long can I use them? What about seating for adults?
- Each party will get 3 hours use of 2 party tables which seat up to 16 guests. Additional party tables will be available for larger parties.
- Generally you may use the tables longer than the 3 hours unless they are reserved for other parties after yours. (Ask your Party Pro once you arrive)
- We only provide reserved seating for paid party guests. Spectating adults may use the party tables while the kids are out playing. (Which is most of the time!)
• How long will we have our host for? How will I find my host when I need them? Am I expected to tip them?
- Usually it takes about 3 hours to do a party. You will meet your Party Pro when you first arrive and they will assist you with your party needs. Once the party is finished, your Party Pro will bring you your bill. After paying, you are still welcome to stay and skate until closing time.
